1. Agreement

By booking a stay or using this website you agree to these terms. The contract is between you (the guest) and FormerPub (the host).

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when payment (or the required deposit) has been received and you have received a written confirmation.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• The guest who books is responsible for the conduct of all guests in the party.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The local tourist tax, if any, is collected on arrival or together with the booking.

4. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated in the booking confirmation. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. House rules

• No smoking inside the property.
• Quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
• No parties or events without prior written consent.
• Pets only with prior written consent.
• The guest is liable for damage caused during the stay.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions are shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
